Effective Monday July 5, 2021:
- Main office reception will be open 9am – 4pm for customer contact, payments, appointments and switchboard.
- All agent offices, including main office, will be open by appointment only.
- No more than 4 customers to be in the main office any given time. Customer must be escorted while in the building and not go beyond the agent area. Masks must be worn in all offices. 2 meter distancing must be maintained at all times
- Enhanced cleaning protocols will continue.
- 399 St. George St Claims Office. will remain closed to the public.
- Claims appointments may be held with customers at the main office in the front meeting room.
- Approximately 50% of staff will be working from home, others will be in the office on a rotational basis.
